Nothing added. Something remembered.
Body work and sound, in a quiet space, one person or a couple at a time. The renewal was already in you. Touch and sound give it permission to wake up.

Body work
The members of the body, brought back together into one working whole.
Over years, areas of the body learn to hold. An old injury, a long recovery, a season of stress: the tissue around it tightens and the rest of you works around the restriction until that becomes normal.
Body work brings those held areas back into connection. Slow, attentive pressure invites the tissue to release. Circulation improves, blood and lymph move more freely, and the body remembers how it was built to move.
Every session includes a custom essential oil application, chosen for you that day.

What clients often describe
- A noticeable shift after one or two sessions
- Less stiffness and easier movement
- Less discomfort in areas that had felt stuck for years
- A deep sense of rest that stays with them for days
These are their words, not promises. Every body is different, and the first session is where we listen to yours.
Who walks in
- People living with old injuries or long-standing tension who have tried everything else
- People recovering from surgery or working with scar tissue
- People who are stressed and burned out and need a real reset
- People already active in yoga, breathwork, or meditation
Region by region
Where the body holds, what the work feels like there, and what people describe afterward.
If you have never had body work, this is the part to read. Press a place on the figure, or a name in the list.
A first session
It begins with a conversation. What brought you in, what you would like to feel different, and the history that matters: surgeries, injuries, the seasons that were hard. Then an assessment, by touch, to find where the body is holding.
The work itself is slow. Pressure sinks through layers, finds the held spot, and works across the fibers until the tissue lets go. Where it is held, it can feel intense. You set the pace, you can say less at any moment, and you can stop at any time.
Every session ends with a custom essential oil application. Plan on seventy-five to ninety minutes the first time, and leave the hour after it unhurried.
Afterward
Drink more water than usual for a day or two. Move gently: a walk does more than a rest. Eat lightly the same day. Some tenderness where the work was deepest is normal and passes.
People often notice a shift in one or two sessions. Ongoing care is about following up on what opened, and working on different areas over time.
Not right now
Body work is not the right first step for everyone, or for every moment. Talk with your physician first, and tell Jules at booking, if any of these are true:
- A fresh injury, or a surgery in the last several months
- Pregnancy
- You bruise easily or take a blood thinner
- Fragile bones
- Any condition your physician is actively managing
In many of these cases a sound session is the gentler place to begin.

Sound
Sound gives the nervous system permission to rest.
A sound bath is not something you do. You lie down, and bowls and gongs fill the room with tones your body feels as much as hears. Breathing slows. The mind lets go of the list. Rest arrives on its own.
In the space, sound sessions are private: one person, or a couple side by side. Sound can also be added to any body work session, where it settles everything the hands have opened.
- Solo, 30 minutesThe gentle first step if you are curious or a little nervous.from $55
- Solo, 60 minutesfrom $95
- Couple, 60 minutesfrom $150
What is in the room

Crystal singing bowls
A clear, sustained, bell-like tone that fills the room and keeps going.
Most of the session. Each bowl holds one note; a set of seven covers the scale.
Hammered metal bowls
Warmer and more complex, with overtones that shimmer against each other.
Between the crystal bowls, and close to the body in a private session.
Gong
A deep wash that swells, breaks into overtones, and slowly fades.
The peak of the session, once everyone has settled.
Ocean drum
Surf rolling onto a shore. Steel beads move across the drumhead as it tilts.
Opening or closing. This is the drum with beads people remember.
Frame drum
A slow, low, steady pulse.
Near the start, to help the body settle into the floor.
Rain stick
A soft, trickling patter, like rain moving across a roof.
In the transitions between instruments.
Koshi chimes
A small cluster of bright notes, like light on water.
As an accent, and often the last sound before silence.
Tingsha
One bright ring that hangs in the air for a long time.
To mark the beginning of stillness, and the end of it.
Examples are sketched by the site, not recorded. The real thing is warmer.
What a session is like
You lie down on a mat with a pillow under your head, a bolster under your knees, and a blanket, because the body cools when it is still. An eye pillow if you like. Sitting is fine if lying down is not.
It opens quietly, with chimes or the slow pulse of a drum, builds through the bowls, rises to the gong, and then falls away into several minutes of silence. Water afterward, and a slow return.
Some people fall asleep. Some feel restless. Some feel nothing in particular and are surprised by how they sleep that night. All of it is normal.
Sound baths where you are
Jules brings the bowls to your living room, your studio, your church hall, or your team.
Priced as an event rather than a session. The base rate covers a small group with travel, setup, and breakdown included, and each extra person adds a little more.
Ask about a group sound bath- Base rateup to five or six people, travel and setup includedfrom $250
- Each additional personfrom $35
- Travel beyond about thirty minutes each way is quoted by distance.
- Mats can be provided for a small per-mat fee if your space has none.
- Setup and breakdown run under thirty minutes, so a local event is about a two-hour visit.
The Seven Springs
With joy you will draw water from the wells of salvation. Isaiah 12:3
Sound practitioners inherited a map that pairs seven notes with seven places in the body. You may have heard it called the chakra system. We do not use that word or the meaning that travels with it. We keep the notes and the places, because they are real notes and real places, and we name them from Scripture, after the water that runs through the whole story.
Here is what we will not claim. That a note does something to an organ. That a frequency fixes anything. What is well supported is simpler and better: live sound, low and slow, with a body lying still, reliably brings rest. People leave calmer than they came. The rest is a way of listening, not a promise.

Packages
Care as a rhythm, not a rescue.
People often feel a shift in one or two sessions. A package is not about needing five to get there. It is about working on different areas over time, following up on what opened in the first session, and making care something you return to.
The prepay discount is the practical reason. Ongoing care is the real one.

About
A pitcher that never runs dry.
The picture Jules holds is a glass pitcher filled with water, tipped, pouring out over her and over everyone with her. And the pitcher never empties.
That is what this practice is meant to be: an offering of compassionate love to all, and "all" includes Jules herself. The offering is not of Jules. It comes through her.
The name works three ways. Re-membered as reassembled: the members of the body brought back together. Re-membered as recalled: the body remembering what it always knew. And re-membered as belonging: members of a body, members of a family, brought back into connection.
The faith underneath all of this is Christian, and it is woven in rather than announced. You will find it in how you are received. If you want the story, ask. If you do not, you will simply be welcomed.
Jules holds a practitioner certificate in body work. She is not a licensed health provider and does not offer medical services. Body work in this space is about connection, release, and rest.
Experiences
In their words.
Client experiences are being gathered now, with permission, and will appear here soon. If you have been in the space and would like to share what you noticed, mention it at your next visit.
Book
Tell us a little, and Jules will reach out to find a time.
Sessions are booked by conversation for now. Leave your details and what you are curious about, and you will hear back within a day. Payment is at the time of booking, and a first session always begins with a conversation.

One signature covers every visit. Takes about three minutes.
Questions
What happens at a first session?
We start with a conversation about what brought you in and what you would like to feel different. Then an assessment, then the work itself. Plan on seventy-five to ninety minutes, and leave time afterward to move slowly.
Is there anything to sign?
Yes, once. A short participation agreement that covers what body work and sound sessions are, what you are telling Jules about your body, and what you are agreeing to. You can read and sign it on this page in about three minutes, or print a copy and bring it signed. One signature covers every visit.
What should I wear?
Something loose and comfortable that you can move in. Bring nothing else. Water is provided.
What is the cancellation policy?
Twenty-four hours notice to move or cancel a session. Sessions are paid at booking, and a session cancelled inside that window is not refunded.
Is this the same as the licensed hands-on field?
No, and the difference matters. Jules holds a practitioner certificate in body work and is not a licensed health provider. Body work here is about releasing restriction, improving circulation, and helping the body remember how to move. It is not a medical service and does not replace one.
Who is body work not for?
If you are managing an acute injury, are pregnant, or are under the care of a physician for a condition that touch could affect, talk with your physician first and tell Jules at booking. Some situations call for a gentler sound session instead, or for waiting.
Can I add sound to body work?
Yes. Sound added to a body work session settles what the hands have opened. It is the most common way people first experience the sound side.
Do you come to groups?
Yes. Mobile group sound baths are priced as events and include travel, setup, and breakdown. Use the booking form and choose the group option.
